Well, the Bentley Bimotor's now complete and the 'air'ship (a Bountyesque ex-square rigger with a couple of additional accomodation decks) is in sectional drawing stage...it's now the land-bound Combustable H.Q. placed over an old Cornish mine shaft which leads to the Captain's mine workshops. Combustable has a group of new assistants in the form of StenGunJen, SilverFox and the yet to be designed mechanoidal sidekick, 'Sprocketeer'. Air transports are now likely to be a flight of (heavily modified) DeHavillands...a pair of Comet Racers and a Rapide. There's a tandem Brough Superior (the 'Double-Brough' ) on the horizon too. The whole project appears to be gravitating more towards the 30s/40s which I'm finding more comfortable than the original turn of the century idea.

Most concepts/gadgets will be presented in cutaway form with a view to exploring all those tantalising levery type bits. Basically, a 30sFest of engines, oil and the hunting down of errant ne'erdowellery set to a sonic backdrop of low-revving, multi-cylinder, oily metal bits.

...thinks...the Mauser pistol shown under the Cpt's seat in the Bimotor will probably be replaced with a Webley 'Magnuson' high power revolver. As everything else seems to be English it seems a shame to include one item which isn't.
